The seven steps

A single spine, from first chat to steady support.

Every project moves through the same seven stages. The depth grows with your project, but the steps stay fixed.

The technology

One stack, layered front to back.

The same toolkit runs across every project. Frontend to integrations — each layer connects to the next, built by one team.

Why it works

The thinking behind the process.

A steady process beats clever tech. Here's why each part of the build matters, in plain language.

01

Why a structured process matters more than the tech choices

Most project failures aren't tech failures. They're process failures. A project that skips the first step builds the wrong thing. A project that skips planning has no clear milestones. So nobody knows if it's on track. A project that skips tests launches with broken links. Our seven-step process exists to catch each of these before it gets costly. The tech stack matters. But a steady process is what truly gives you a working product, on scope and on time.

02

How the process adapts to different project sizes

A ₹15,000 starter website and a ₹2,00,000 multi-part ERP both move through the same seven steps. Only the depth at each stage grows, not the steps themselves. A starter website's Discover phase might be one chat. An ERP's Discover phase means mapping several teams' workflows. A starter site's Test phase is cross-browser checks. An ERP's Test phase adds data-move checks and link tests. The structure stays fixed. The rigor flexes to match the project's real size.

03

The tech stack, in plain language

React and Next.js power the websites and web apps you see in your browser. They're fast, quick to load, and built for SEO. Flutter builds mobile apps that ship to both Android and iOS from one codebase. That's why it's our default for most apps. Node.js and Python run the backend logic and APIs. SQL and NoSQL stores hold everything from product lists to buyer records. Cloud platforms handle launch, with CI/CD paths for auto updates. Links like payment tools (Razorpay and PayU), Google Maps, CRM/ERP, WhatsApp and email connect your systems. That way data flows on its own, instead of being typed in twice.

04

What this means for your project

You might start with one website. Or you might plan a full stack of website, app, ERP and auto work. Either way, the same team and the same process handles it. The layout choices made during Plan account for the systems you'll add later. The design system built during Design applies across your website and app. The links built during Develop connect it all. You don't need to manage five vendors through five different steps. It's one team, one process, one linked result.

Before we write any code, we sit down with you. We want to learn what the business truly needs. Not just what you think you want to build. We map your current workflow. We find where the friction sits. Then we figure out which problems tech can fix, and which are process issues in disguise. This stage stops the costliest error in custom work: building the wrong thing really well.
