What this site collects, why, and what happens to it — written to match what the site actually does, not a generic template.

myonestopsolution ("myonestopsolution", "we", "us", "our") runs the site at myonestopsolution.com (the "Website"). We offer tech services (the "Services"). These cover website builds, online stores, mobile apps, and ERP/CRM systems. They also cover custom business and desktop software, AI tools, and API work. Other Services include cloud setup, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX, branding, upkeep plans, and related tech advice.

This Policy explains what data we collect through the Website. It also covers how we use that data, who we may share it with, and your choices. It applies to visitors and to people who reach out to us. On its own, it does not cover how end-user or customer data is handled inside a client's own software. See "Client project data" below for how that works instead.

This Policy describes what the Website does today. That is based on a check of its code as of the date it was written. We keep it accurate as we add new features — say, analytics, a newsletter, user accounts, or payments. We use the update method described near the end of this Policy for that. This Policy does not claim any practice we have not yet put in place.
01

Who we are

myonestopsolution is a tech and digital solutions business. We work mainly in India, serving clients across Maharashtra, other Indian states, and, where it applies, clients abroad. For this Policy, myonestopsolution is the entity that decides how data sent through the Website is collected and used.

myonestopsolution operates as part of the Mentark group of companies. Mentark (mentark.com) is our parent company. This Policy covers the myonestopsolution.com Website only; it does not extend to Mentark's own site or products, which are covered by Mentark's own policies.

02

Scope

This Policy covers the public Website only. That means its pages, contact tools, and anything a general visitor can see. Two things fall outside it. First, data used inside a client's own product or system that we build or maintain. That is instead covered by the relevant project agreement, statement of work, or data processing agreement. Second, other sites or platforms we may link to. Those have their own privacy rules.

03

Information we collect

There are three kinds of data to note here. First, data you give us directly. Second, data your browser and our host collect on their own. Third, data that may show up later as we add new features. As of our last review, the Website's code has none of the following: analytics scripts, ad or tracking pixels, cookie-consent tools, user accounts, a login system, payment tools, or a server-side store for form entries. If any of this changes, we will update this Policy first.

04

1 Information you provide directly

REQUIRED INFORMATION. The contact form is on the Contact page and in the contact panel shown on several pages. It asks for your name, email, and a short project message before you can submit it. A phone number and a "service needed" field are OPTIONAL.

Here is how the contact form actually works. Submitting it does not send your details to a server we run. Instead, it opens your device's default email app with a pre-filled message to myonestopsolution34@gmail.com. That message holds the name, email, phone, service, and text you typed. You then choose whether to send it. So your data goes straight from your device to our inbox, through your own email provider. We do not store it in a database, a log file, or a third-party form tool.

The same holds if you reach us another way — a phone/tel link, a WhatsApp link, or an email/mailto link elsewhere on the Website. Your device's own phone, messaging, or email app handles that step. This is subject to that app's own rules, and to your telecom or email provider's own rules.

OPTIONAL INFORMATION you choose to share in a message, call, or WhatsApp chat can include business details, project needs, budget, the systems you already use, or files linked to a possible project. Please do not include sensitive personal data — account numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or health data — in a first enquiry.

05

2 Automatically collected information

The Website is a set of fixed, pre-built pages hosted on Vercel. Like any site, the servers that send these pages to your browser handle basic connection data. That happens simply as part of normal web routing and hosting. We do not collect or query it on our own, but it does exist at the hosting layer.

Data pointSourceWhy it existsConfidence

We do not run any analytics tool, such as Google Analytics. We also do not use an ad pixel, a heatmap tool, a session-recording tool, or a first-party tracking cookie on the Website. We do not read or write cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage for tracking. If this changes, we will say so here and in the Cookie Policy before the script goes live.

06

3 Fonts and static assets

The Website uses the Outfit and Inter type styles through a built-in Next.js font tool. That tool grabs the font files when the site is built, then serves them from our own domain. This differs from a typical Google Fonts setup. Your browser does not make a live call to Google's servers to load these fonts. No font-related request goes to Google when you browse the Website.

07

How we use information

  • To reply to enquiries sent by email, phone, or WhatsApp, and to prepare quotes.
  • To talk with you about a possible or live project, including setting up calls and checking needs.
  • To keep records of client chats and deals for our own accounting and business needs.
  • To keep the Website safe, sound, and working right.
  • To meet legal, tax, and rule-based duties that apply to us.
  • To spot, look into, and stop fraud or misuse of our contact channels.

We do not use data sent through the Website for ads, profiling, or resale to others.

09

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal data. We may share data in these cases, where they fit the specific contact:

  • Firms we use to run the business. For example: our host (Vercel), our email tool (Google Workspace/Gmail), and, if used later, analytics, CRM, payment, or marketing tools. As of our last review, only our host and our email tool are actually in use.
  • Advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where their work reasonably needs it.
  • Government bodies, courts, or regulators, where the law requires it, or to make or defend a legal claim.
  • A new owner, if there is a merger, buyout, restructure, or sale of business assets. That new owner must keep privacy terms that match ours closely.
The contact form uses a mailto: link, not a server-side submit. Because of that, your form data does not pass through any third-party form tool or CRM before it reaches our inbox. It goes straight from your device, to your email provider, to ours.
10

Third-party services

The table below lists third-party tools we have checked and confirmed in the Website's code or setup. It also flags tools we may add later.

ProviderRoleStatus
VercelWebsite hosting and deliveryIn use — confirmed by our live deployment setup
Google Fonts (self-hosted via Next.js)Type files, served from our own domain at build timeIn use — no live link to Google's servers when a page loads
Gmail / Google WorkspaceGetting enquiry emails sent via the contact form or mailto linksIn use — is the inbox behind myonestopsolution34@gmail.com
Google Analytics, ad pixels, CRM tools, payment gateways, chat widgets, maps, CAPTCHANot in use yetNOT IN USE as of our last review — none found in the Website's code

As the Website grows, we may add other third-party tools. This depends on what you use or ask for. Examples: an analytics tool to see how the site is used, a newsletter tool, a CRM, a payment gateway for set-price services, or a chat widget. Before any such tool goes live, we will update this section and the Cookie Policy. We will name the provider, say what it collects, and, for non-essential cookies, explain how to opt out.

11

AI and automation

myonestopsolution offers AI and automation as a client service. But the public Website itself does not run any AI-driven data collection, chatbot, or auto-decision tool. This part covers how AI fits into client work in general:

  • How AI is used, and which AI firms (if any) are involved, changes by project. It will be set out in the given proposal, SOW, or project deal, not assumed here.
  • Where a project uses a third-party AI tool — say, a large language model API — that firm's own data rules apply to data run through it. This sits on top of what the client deal says.
  • Clients should not put sensitive, private, or regulated data into an AI-driven task unless the project deal clearly allows and covers that.
  • AI output — text, code, images, or ideas — may need a human check before you rely on it. We do not claim AI output is free of errors or fits a given purpose without that check.
  • A client's own deal may set out different or more detailed AI terms. Those take priority over this general note for that project.
12

Client project data — a separate category

It helps to keep two very different kinds of data apart:

  1. Data sent through this public Website (enquiries, contact-form notes, calls, WhatsApp chats) — covered by this Privacy Policy.
  2. Data a client gives us, or that we handle, while we build or maintain software for that client. This covers a client's own customer records, product list, or business data inside a site, app, ERP/CRM, or automation we build. This kind of data is not covered by this public Privacy Policy.

For client projects, the given project deal, SOW, and service deal set out how that data is handled, owned, kept safe, stored, and used. Where the data calls for it, a separate data-handling deal or non-disclosure deal set up for that job covers this too. This Policy does not give myonestopsolution ownership or free rein over client or end-customer data we meet while running a project. Our role and duties in each case depend on that project's own setup and on the law that applies.

13

Security

We use fair, sound steps that suit the data we handle and how the Website runs. For example, we lean on our host's own safeguards, and we limit who at the firm can read enquiry emails. The Website does not run its own store of visitor data. Because of that, much of the usual "data breach" risk — a hacked store of form entries — does not apply to the public Website right now. No way of sending or storing data online is fully safe. We cannot promise full safety for data sent to us by email, phone, or chat apps outside our own systems.

14

Data retention

We keep enquiry emails and related notes for as long as we fairly need to. That means long enough to reply to your enquiry, follow up on any deal that results, and meet our accounting, tax, and legal record duties. After that, we may delete or file them away. Host request logs are kept under Vercel's own schedule, which is [NOT VERIFIED — MUST BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PUBLICATION]. The given project deal sets how long client project data is kept.

15

Your rights

Where the law allows, you may have the right to: see the personal data we hold on you; ask us to fix wrong data; ask us to delete it; take back consent you gave before (for example, asking us to stop using an email you shared); object to certain uses; and file a complaint with the right watchdog or grievance body.

To use any of these rights, reach us through the details in "Privacy requests and grievances" below. We will reply in a fair time and may need to check who you are before we act on a request.

16

Children and minors

The Website is built for businesses and adults who want tech services. It is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors through the Website. If you think a minor has sent us personal data, contact us. We will take fair steps to remove it.

18

International data transfers

Our host (Vercel) may store and handle data on servers outside India, as part of its global delivery network. This matters in two cases: if you are outside India and contact us, or if our tech providers handle data outside your home country. Either way, that step is covered by those providers' own cross-border safeguards. [NOT VERIFIED — the exact safeguards and server locations our current providers use have not been checked on their own for this Policy. Review this if cross-border rules matter to your use of the Website.]

19

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our Website, Services, or the law changes. This happens, say, when we add analytics, a newsletter, user accounts, or payments. We will update the "Last updated" date below when we do. For big changes, we will take fair steps to make the change easy to spot, such as a notice on this page. We suggest you check this Policy now and then.
